B&A is lid van Sociaal Werk Nederland en hanteert de Governancecode Sociaal Werk. We laten hiermee zien hoe we aankijken tegen goed bestuur en toezicht, passend bij de maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en de doelstelling van B&A. Voorbeeldgedrag, integriteit, transparantie, maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid en goede financiële risicobeheersing staan daarbij centraal.
