Wil je dat beleid in het sociaal domein écht werkt? Wij beginnen al onze onderzoeken en adviezen bij de leefwereld van de bewoner. Voor ons is het gesprek met bewoners dan ook minstens zo belangrijk als dat met de uitvoerende professionals en beleidsmakers.
We werken actiegericht en gaan naar bewoners toe. We bezoeken het winkelcentrum, schuiven aan bij de koffietafel in het buurthuis of sluiten aan bij de uitgifte van de voedselbank. Zo ontdekken we wat goed gaat en wat beter kan. Ook laten we beleidsmakers hun eigen beleid ervaren. We laten ze bijvoorbeeld zelf hulp zoeken en een aanvraag doen. Zo zien ze zelf wat het beleid in de praktijk betekent. Of dat beter of anders kan.
Met ruime ervaring in onderzoek, beleidsontwikkeling en verbetertrajecten, helpen wij op thema’s zoals bestaanszekerheid, sociale basis & wijkteams en jeugd & jongeren. Ons werk sluit naadloos aan bij het beleid voor de Participatiewet, Wmo en Jeugdwet.
Al meer dan 30 jaar werkt B&A samen met haar opdrachtgevers aan beleid dat écht werkt.
